Clinical Supervision

I offer clinical surpervision for those seeking LPC state licensure in Virginia or LCMHC licensure in North Carolina.  I explore multiple areas of focus in supervision.  I take different approaches during sessions, such as that of a teacher, counselor, or consultant, addressing overall developmental goals. Supervision may focus on interventions and techniques to use with clients, case conceptualization, ethics, professional behaviors, or the counselor as both a person and change agent.  As a supervisor, I am committed to fostering a supportive and collaborative environment where my supervisees can develop their skills, gain confidence, and achieve professional growth.
