Individual Therapy

As a therapist, my role is to create a non-judgmental and confidential environment where clients feel safe to express themselves. Each session is designed to meet the unique needs of the individual, focusing on issues like anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, or personal growth.

During therapy, I work collaboratively with clients to help them gain deeper insight into their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Together, we identify patterns that may be causing distress and then develop strategies to promote healthier coping mechanisms and emotional resilience. By fostering trust and open communication, therapy sessions serve as a transformative process, allowing clients to better understand themselves and work toward meaningful change.  

I incorporate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and take a Person-Centered approach to treatment. This means I focus on helping clients understand and process their emotions while fostering a deep sense of safety and trust in the therapeutic relationship. With EFT, we explore how emotions influence relationship patterns and we work to create healthier connections with others.

Offering individual therapy is not just about resolving problems—it's about empowering clients to navigate life’s challenges, improve their relationships, and build a stronger sense of well-being. The one-on-one nature of the service ensures that each person receives the attention and support they need to grow and heal at their own pace.
